Our focus on Early Careers is on the provision of Apprenticeships, Work Experience and our Graduate Programme.
Our Apprenticeship and graduate schemes are offered from our Store Support Centre in Melton, East Yorkshire, and offer colleagues a rotation of departments to give them a full 360 exposure to the business.
Work Experience is offered at both SSC and within our retail stores to give a taste of retail to those considering a career with Heron Foods.
The search is now on for the 2023 intake for our Business Graduate Programme and applications are now being accepted. This 12 month programme offers a full 360 experience within our business with time spent in a range of departments including Buying, Marketing, Merchandising, IT, HR, Finance, Retail, Logistics and more so that you can gain a full understanding of our business and discover where your strengths and passions lie.
