On Monday, we marked a truly historic milestone as Andy Barratt celebrated 45 years with Heron Foods.

From the early days of Heron Frozen Foods to leading our transport operations at Melton SSC today, Andy's loyalty, determination and leadership have helped shape our business into what it is today.

Recognising Andy's remarkable achievement, Managing Director Tony Dobbs said: "A 45-year career is a phenomenal achievement, and your journey proves your own words, 'If you work hard, you can achieve.'
