I joined Heron Foods in 2016 as a Shop Order Processor. I expressed an interest in working in the Transport Department and within 24 months I became a Transport Supervisor. 

Heron Foods funded my Transport Manager CPC course and I received full support throughout my studies. This was successfully completed in December 2021. I’ve since been promoted again to a Transport Manager Designate.
